With the Local Contact Services, you can register Domain Names on extension that under restrictions, even if you do not have a presence there yourselves. You may need to nominate Netz System & Solution Sdn Bhd (NSSSB) as your local administrative contact during the ordering/registering a new Domain Name's process.
